1971 BMW R75/5 Motorcycle, this R75/5 underwent a restoration by the Heritage Division of Max BMW in Connecticut worthy of any collector. Since the completion of the restoration this motorcycle has traveled approximately 300 miles by the consigner of the restoration.
This 1971 BMW R75/5 was restored to close as factory specifications as allowable from the rebuilt 745cc numbers matching motor to the Bing carburetors. The paint and finish work are exception down to the fine detail of the painted pin stripping. As with all /5 motorcycles there is an electric start and kick start. This motorcycle is also fitted with Krauser hard bags with soft travel inserts.
